Mayor Thomas G. Dunn was born, raised and educated in Wolcott. Prior to being elected mayor in November 2003, Dunn served three consecutive terms on the Town Council, the last as majority leader. His service to Wolcott also includes stints on the Democratic Town Committee, Inlands Wetland Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, Pension Committee and Wolcott Safety and Health Committee, which he chaired. A lifetime member of the Wolcott Volunteer Fire Department Company #2, Dunn worked for the Wolcott Public Works Department for 16 years until he was elected mayor. He and his wife, Lisa, have three children: Brittany, Bridget and Thomas.
